Refund & Return Policy

At Aadhvita (aadhvita.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and invoice must be intact.
  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for return (unless damaged or defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized / stitched products
  • Altered blouses
  • Final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Policy (Wallet Credit Only)

⚠ We do NOT provide cash refunds or bank refunds.

If your return is approved:

  • The product amount (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to your Aadhvita Wallet.
  • Wallet credit can be used for your next purchase on aadhvita.com.
  • Wallet balance is valid for 6 months from the date of credit.
  • Wallet credit cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Wallet credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product images

After verification, we will arrange replacement or wallet credit.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sdewan@aadhvita.com
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, wallet credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping charges may be:

  • Deducted from wallet credit, OR
  • Paid by customer (depending on case)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, it will be treated as a return policy case.
