Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available:
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- Repeated COD rejections may result in order restrictions for future purchases.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners:
- Aadhvita is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
- In case of lost shipment confirmed by courier, we will provide:
- Replacement (subject to availability), OR
- Wallet credit equivalent to the order value.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address:
- Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information.
