  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available:

  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • Repeated COD rejections may result in order restrictions for future purchases.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners:

  • Aadhvita is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
  • In case of lost shipment confirmed by courier, we will provide:
    • Replacement (subject to availability), OR
    • Wallet credit equivalent to the order value.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address:
    • Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information.
